Sexing

Here at Grange Reptiles we are lucky enough to have some very experienced staff on-hand who have extensive experience in sexing reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.

For snakes we offer a popping or probing service dependent on the age and species of the snake. Using these methods snakes can normally be sexed with complete accuracy.

For species of lizard, amphibian and invertebrate it comes down to knowledge of the species and we will always endeavour to accurately sex an animal.

Our sexing service is completely free for our customers, all we ask is that you call ahead to ensure a member of staff with the relevant experience is on hand.
